Terms of sale

Orders

Any order placed on this site implies acceptance of these terms of sale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or a dispute over a previous order.

Prices and promotions

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include all applicable taxes. Delivery is free. Promotional discounts, such as the Christmas Gift Event (20% off every piece, 30% off orders of £80 or more before discount, until 31 December 2026), are applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers. The price charged is the one displayed at checkout when your order is confirmed.

Personalisation

You are responsible for the spelling and content of any names, initials, messages or photos you submit. We engrave and produce exactly what is entered on your order. You may correct a personalisation within 24 hours of ordering by emailing contact@loviousy.com. We may refuse personalisations that are offensive or infringe the rights of others.

Payment

Payment is taken in full when the order is placed, through a secure checkout. We never have access to your card details.

Availability

If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

Cancellation and returns

Our refund policy applies to every order. Your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery applies to pieces that are not personalised.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. In the event of a dispute, we will always seek an amicable solution first.
