Where is my order?

Every order is made for you, then sent tracked. Here is what happens after you order.

From order to her hands

1. Order confirmed

You receive a confirmation email straight after checkout, with your order number and any personalisation you entered.

2. Made and packed

Your piece is engraved or set if needed, then packed in its gift box with the message card.

3. On its way

A shipping email with your tracking link arrives when the parcel leaves. It can take up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear.

4. Delivered

5–9 working days after your order, free and tracked to any UK address.

I can’t find my confirmation email

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn’t there, email contact@loviousy.com with the name and address used at checkout and we’ll resend it.

Tracking hasn’t moved for days

If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 working days, write to contact@loviousy.com and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.

It says delivered but I don’t have it

Check with neighbours and any safe place first. If it still hasn’t turned up, email contact@loviousy.com and we’ll take it from there.
