Making time

Many of our pieces are engraved or set to order. Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email straight away, and a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves.

Delivery times

Delivery to the United Kingdom takes 5 to 9 working days from the day you order, making time included. These are estimates, not guarantees: carrier delays can occasionally add a few days.

Christmas

For delivery before Christmas, please order by Monday 7 December.

Shipping cost

Standard delivery is free on every order, tracked, with no minimum spend (5 to 9 working days).

Express tracked delivery is available at checkout for £7.99 (3 to 5 working days from the day you order).

Gifting

There is no invoice and no price anywhere in the parcel, so you can have it delivered straight to the person you are giving it to.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you at dispatch. It can take up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear.

Wrong address or a parcel that has not arrived

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us at contact@loviousy.com as quickly as possible — we can usually correct it before dispatch. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 working days, write to us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
