Hypoallergenic finish in silver tone or 18k gold plating, depending on the option you choose. Keep it away from perfume and water, and wipe it with a soft cloth.
Where a piece is engraved, the letters are cut into the metal — they will not wear off.

A personalised piece is made for one person and can’t be resold, so it isn’t returnable — unless it arrives damaged or doesn’t match your order, in which case we remake it at our cost.

Write to us within 24 hours of ordering and we’ll correct it before it goes into production, at no cost. Once a piece is engraved it can’t be changed, so please check every spelling before you order.
The finish is protected against tarnish. Keep it away from perfume, water and the gym, and wipe it with a soft cloth — it will stay as it arrived.
