What does the message card say?

Every card is written for one person — your wife, your soulmate, the woman you love. The full text is visible in the product photos, so you can read it before you order.

No. There is no invoice and no price anywhere in the parcel. Your receipt goes to your email only.

How do I personalise a piece?

On personalised pieces, fill in the names, initials, birthstones, message or photo on the product page before adding to cart. Everything you enter appears on your order confirmation.

What if I make a spelling mistake?

Email us within 24 hours of ordering at contact@loviousy.com and we will correct it before production, at no cost. Once engraved, a piece can’t be changed.

January garnet, February amethyst, March aquamarine, April diamond (clear stone), May emerald, June alexandrite, July ruby, August peridot, September sapphire, October opal, November topaz, December turquoise.

How long does delivery take?

5–9 working days to UK addresses, making time included. Delivery is free and tracked on every order.

Order by Monday 7 December for delivery before Christmas.

A tracking link is emailed to you when your parcel leaves. You can also follow it from the order tracking page.

Can I return it?

Pieces that aren’t personalised can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Personalised pieces are made for one person, so they can’t be returned — unless they arrive damaged or don’t match your order, in which case we remake them at our cost.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, within 24 hours, as long as it hasn’t gone into production. Email contact@loviousy.com with your order number.
